Diego Magaña

​​Diego Magaña is a climate organizer specializing in community-powered habitat restoration and regenerative urban landscapes. As co-founder of MiniNature Reserve, he transforms neglected urban spaces into thriving native habitats, empowering low-income and local communities through hands-on restoration and youth-led training.

His work in climate and community organizing has earned him recognition including the Walking Softer Young Leaders Award, El Concilio Latino Leadership Award, Cheetos Deja Tu Huella Award, and the Ventura County Social Justice Fellowship Award.
